We suggest serving New Day Meadery mead at a temperature between 62° and 65° F, as you would a red wine. Chilling our mead too much will work to close off the delicate bouquet and mute much of the taste, robbing you of the full range of sensations that you would otherwise enjoy.

A glass of our Semi-Dry Mead is perfect with a fruit and cheese plate, fruity desserts, or on its own as a delightful after dinner drink. Our Semi-Dry Mead also pairs nicely with spicy/sweet Thai and Indian dishes.
Semi-Sweet Black Raspberry Honey Wine
This luscious, sweet red wine simply begs for dark chocolate. Well… who doesn’t need a reason to eat more chocolate! Our Semi-Sweet Black Raspberry Honey Wine also makes for a delightful digestif, reminiscent of port.
