Dry Mead

Our traditional Dry Mead is a delicate dry white wine, with notes of honey and red clover. 

Made from raw Indiana wildflower blossom honey, this wine possesses a light straw yellow color.

This mead possesses a delicate spicy aroma, with a slight clove note. The flavor is light on the tongue, showing subtle honey character and red clover blossom, wrapped in a wheat straw finish. Clean, smooth and dry; this is a true mead-lover’s mead.

Pair this with lighter fare, such as quiche or a fresh fruit plate.  It is equally suited as an aperitif.
