Semi-Sweet Plum Honey Wine

Our Semi-Sweet Plum Honey Wine is a sweet blush wine, full of rich notes of cinnamon, dried fig and honey.

This fine sweet blush wine shows a light amber color, with a lovely sweet-spice aroma. 

It opens onto the palate with heady notes of cinnamon and mace, flowing into a complex mixture of dried fig, raisin and Bing cherry, and ending in a rich honey finish. 

It is amazing just how complex a wine the combination of tree-ripened plums and wildflower honey can create!

Pair this complex blush wine with a plate of aged goat cheeses and fresh figs, or along side sashimi and a bowl of natto.
