Dry Hard Cider

Our Dry Hard Cider is a light, refreshing and easy-drinking artisanal cider that pairs perfectly with everything from grilled burgers, seafood gumbo, to a prosciutto and melon plate. 

This artisanal cider is made from five different apple varieties; opens with an aroma of crisp green apple and light straw color.  On the palate, you will experience clean and bright mineral character with a perfect amount of acidity; a result of malolactic fermentation, which rounds out the sharp edges found in more typical dry ciders.  Light and refreshing, this cider is sure to please everyone at the table.

Pair with grilled meats for a refreshing contrast, or with more delicate flavors, such as a prosciutto and melon plate.  This cider loves a nice seafood gumbo.
