WHAT IS MEAD?
Mead is wine - honey wine, to be exact. Mead, just like grape-based wines, can be dry to sweet, sparkling or still. Here at New Day Meadery, we make an entire line of fine, handcrafted honey wines: reds, whites and rosés from dry to sweet.
Our distinctive selection of small-batch meads is made from the finest fresh fruit and raw honey gathered from small, family-owned Indiana farms. Working with top quality ingredients allows us to bring you excellent tasting mead that can be enjoyed on its own or with a variety of foods.
